RevivalCircle allows users to access its knowledge center including other communication channels such as the forum.
RevivalCircle is presented to you “as is”, and as such the owners will not be responsible or be liable for posts by members that are deemed defamatory or injurious. We shall however endeavour to be vigilant about posts by members and will not hesitate to remove or delete any posts that we consider unacceptable.
You are responsible for obtaining access to RevivalCircle’s Services, and that access may incur certain expenses such as the fees you pay to your Internet provider for which you alone shall pay. RevivalCircle cannot pay for expenses that result from your use of its site.
You agree that anything you post (comments, articles, employment ideas, tips on self employment) become part of the public domain and can be viewed by other visitors.
Liability extends to members’ posts and all other posts.
Registration
When you register to become a member of RevivalCircle, you are stating that you are of legal age. Where applicable, you agree to:

Privacy Policy
Whatever information you provide during registration is covered by RevivalCircle’s privacy policy. We will not sell your information to third parties without your express written consent.
Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon registration. You must keep your user name and password confidential. You cannot assign your user name or password to third parties. You must notify RevivalCircle immediately if someone has gained access to your account without your consent. RevivalCircle cannot be responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of your failure to advise illegal use of your account by a third party.
Behavior on Site
Any content posted by a member (whether articles, comments, texts, extracts, photos, videos, slide presentation, etc) is the exclusive property of that member. You cannot use another member’s content without his or her permission.
You are responsible for your own content and we ask that you post content that is appropriate and ethical. You cannot post unlawful and illegal content, pornography, threats, harrassing or defamatory posts, vulgar or racially-motivated content and any other objectionable content.
Furthermore, you cannot post content that infringes on copyright and violates copyright laws of the United States and any other country.
In light of the foregoing, you agree that RevivalCircle may or may not pre-screen or censor your and others’ content and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from members’ posts, nor can it vouch for their accuracy and truthfulness.
Submission of Articles and Other Content
RevivalCircle will not claim ownership of content you submit and provide on the Revival Circle site. However, before you post or upload any content, remember that you grant RevivalCircle permission to use, distribute, reproduce and publicly display said content. The term “content” refers to ALL types of content including but not limited to:

You agree to acknowledge and cite the source of whatever content you post that was written or generated by another person/company. Revival Circle has no obligation to maintain or store your content. At its sole discretion, it may delete, modify, or not publish any content posted by members.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RevivalCircle, its holding company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors free and harmless from claims or demands (including legal fees) made by third parties because of content you posted on RevivalCircle.
Using Revival Circle’s Services for Personal Gain
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for your personal gain any portion or use of, or access to, RevivalCircle’s services and information.
Proprietary Rights
You agree that RevivalCircle’s services and whatever software was used to provide said services are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree not to change, rent, sell, transmit or distribute RevivalCircle’s content or software in whole or in part.
